Our English rums are a testament to the art of distilling. We start with carefully selected green sugar cane and rich molasses. The fermentation process unlocks nuanced flavour compounds, esters and congeners, that give our rums their signature aromatic depth and character. The rums are column distilled yielding a cleaner, smoother rum. The copper in the still playing a critical role in reacting with sulphur compounds, softening the spirit while enhancing clarity and flavour. The result is a beautifully balanced, elegant rum.
